SCOPE OF APPLICABILITY
The following statements and conditions rule contracts for the use of hotel rooms and services provided by the Hotel to the Customer, hereinafter referred to as “Contract”.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT AND PARTIES
The Hotel and the Customer are the contracting parties. The Contract shall enter into effect with the confirmation of the room reservation by the Hotel in written form and the payment of a deposit equal to 25% of the total booking amount. Attention: before making any payment, first check that the beneficiary name is the name of the Hotel itself and NOT the name of a private individual and second that the bank is located in the city of Caorle.

General information

• All the guests  that have a room booking must exhibit a personal ID at their arrival at the Hotel and before entering the room. Failing to comply with this request will involve the cancellation of the Contract and subsequently leaving the Hotel.
• People that would like to visit the guests of the Hotel have to identify themselves at the reception and they are not allowed to enter the swimming pool.
• Children must be supervised at all times: parents must accompany them when using toilets, showers, the swimming-pool or the beach.
• In case of power outage, water supply interruption  or other circumstances beyond the control of the Hotel Management, no partial or total sum will be refunded.
• Guests are not allowed to enter restricted areas of the Hotel such as the laundry, the kitchen and storage rooms. The appropriation of towels and other items belonging to the hotel without the authorization of the hotel management will result in an additional charge on the room bill.

Opening Hours

• The cash desk is open from 8:30 to 22:30: guests must settle their bill before the departure day.
• The Management reserves the right to ask for up-front payment for the period booked.
• The reception is open from 8:30 to 22:30.
• A night porter is available during the closing time of the reception.

Booking

• Check in time is at 14:00 and Check out is at 10:00 AM.
• Late check out is a paid option and is permitted until 18:00.
• The minimum stay is 3 nights. The Hotel Management may accept room reservations for 2 nights at its own discretion: in this case a supplement of 10% on the list price will be applied.
• The Hotel Management reserves the right to change the room number, provided the type remains unchanged or an upgrade is available.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, the days on which the accommodation is not occupied must nevertheless be paid.
• All photographs on the website are used for illustrative purposes only and do not depict all the characteristics or room types available.

Parking

• Parking is a free service offered to the guest of the hotel for a minimum stay of at least three nights, but due to the limited space in certain days, it could not be guaranteed.
• The day of arrival the entrance to the parking is allowed from 11:00 AM and, on the departure day, the parking lot must be free up by 10:00 AM.
• At any time the guest has to follow the instructions of the Management about where to park and guests are not allowed to move to another spot without prior permission of the Management.
• For every room booked, there is a maximum of one parking lot at disposal.

Breakfast

• The breakfast time is from 7:30 to 10:30 AM.
• Foods available on the breakfast area has to be consumed on the spot.
• Anyone who takes the foods outside the breakfast are will be charged of additional cost.
• It is not possible to have breakfast at the Hotel on the day of arrival.

Beach

• It is not possible to reserve a sun umbrella on the beach and the assigned number will be given by the reception.
• On the day of departure, the sun umbrella must be free up at the latest by 10:00 AM.

Bicycles

• The bicycles can be rent for free: due to limited number of them and to assure the availability to the other guests, the bike rental is limited to a maximum of 2 hours: after this time has elapsed a fee of 10€ will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay.
  It is not possible to reserve a bike and the bicycle key must be returned to the Reception when the rental is over. Additional cost may be charged if this is not observed.

Swimming pool

• The swimming pool area is accessible from 8:00 to 19:00.
• It is forbidden to use the swimming pools during closing time.
• Babies are required to wear a swim diaper when entering the pool.
• Guests have to observe the rest hours (13:00 to 15:00): during this time guests have to keep quite and anything that could cause noise, like playing in the swimming pool, has to be stopped. The Management reserves the the right to expel from the swimming pool / Hotel anyone who does not follow this rule.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on a leash.  It is not allowed to take the dogs to the breakfast area, the garden and the swimming pool.
• Guest who do not properly supervise their dogs in the room or in  other areas of the Hotel, will be e charged of additional cost of 15€ per day for the cleaning service.
